Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring for a Station Operations role in the United States. The position supports the Station Manager in daily tasks, oversees staff in the manager's absence, and ensures safety, cash handling, and customer service standards are met.

The job requires reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include directing shifts, training CSRs, maintaining store cleanliness, and complying with Loss Prevention and company

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment/software.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements for food storage/serving.
• Available to work varied hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in daily operations and staff oversight.
• Provide work direction and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Ensure wage/hour compliance and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain strong customer service and professional interactions.
