Qualifikationen

• 5 years of customer service or station experience, including cargo handling and ground operations.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive outcomes for the company.
• Ability to establish cross-functional collaborative relationships with other teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all phases of station operations during designated shift.
• Make decisions related to customer service, ticketing, baggage handling, passenger security, ramp service activities, and reservations while complying with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Inflight, and SOC to assess passenger, baggage, and on-time impacts.
• Lead a team of Customer Service Agents and Ramp Service Agents, setting priorities for station leadership.
• Monitor vendor productivity and provide oversight and feedback on performance.
• Develop people through performance management and stretch assignments for growth.
• Supervise labor contract administration.
• Cultivate a culture of safety and exceptional service.
