Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of station operations during the shift.
• Decide on customer service, ticketing, baggage handling, and ramp activities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Inflight, and SOC on performance impacts.
• Lead a team of Customer Service Agents and Ramp Service Agents; set priorities for leadership.
• Monitor vendor productivity and provide feedback.
• Develop staff through performance management and delegation.
• Supervise labor contract administration.
• Cultivate team culture through actions and expectations.
