Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ocean freight experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive station solutions independently.

Aufgaben

• Manage Station’s EBIT result.
• Ensure employee engagement and best results.
• Improve customer satisfaction via Service First and process improvements.
• Lead negotiations with external suppliers.
• Be the legal representative of the station and liaise with authorities.
• Hire station-level personnel subject to approvals.
• Set and evaluate performance targets and ensure policy adherence.
