Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and motivation to all station personnel.
• Oversee daily flights and operational efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with SkyWest departments, vendors, airport authorities, partner agencies, and associated agencies.
• Manage station budgets, accounting practices, budgets, inventory, and training requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest policies, procedures, and safety standards.
