The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This full-time position offers hourly pay with potential overrides.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set a positive work atmosphere for the department.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction and motivation for station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Perform Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.
