Job summary

American Food & Vending is hiring a Station Cook to prepare and serve menu items across Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, and Specialty stations. You will deliver friendly, high-quality dining experiences, manage station setup, safety, and food safety protocols, and assist with inventories and POS when needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/food service experience required.
• Basic knife skills a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Safety- and detail-oriented.
• Lifts up to 30 lbs, bends, walks, climbs stairs, and stands for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator per safety standards.
• Serve food and any goods per guest specifications.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Retain temperature logs and production records efficiently.
• Keep supplies replenished, restock coolers, and take inventory as directed.
• Set up and break down stations, clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction through excellent service to guests and team members.
• Listen well and communicate professionally and友-friendly manner.
• Be efficient and organized.
• May operate POS to complete orders and package to-go items.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.

Summary

A Station Cook with American Dining Creations ensures exceptional dining through the set up, preparation, and serving of menu offerings to our guests. Stations may include Grill, Pizza, Deli, SaladBar, Seasonal, and Specialty menu items. By providing outstanding service, a smile, and amazing food,our Station Cooks create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
