Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety seeks a Program Project Specialist 1 - Vital Records to coordinate vital record requests for DCS Specialists, including birth certificates, death certificates and Social Security records.

Under the Locate and Vital Records Manager, you will review and process records, access systems on-site at least three days per week, and collaborate with federal, state, and international entities to obtain documentation for investigations and placements.

• Ability to navigate multiple databases and agencies.

Responsibilities
