Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) seeks a Program Project Specialist 1 for Vital Records to process birth and death records and social security data. This on-site role requires three days per week in LEGAL SERVICES - VITAL RECORDS/LOCATE, 3003 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012.

You will coordinate with multiple agencies to support investigations, placements, and adoptions. Salary and benefits are provided; closing date is October 4, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience handling vital records and confidential information.
• Ability to coordinate with federal/state entities and consulates.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Documents and records vital record information and performs administrative functions.
• Reviews, analyzes and coordinates confidential information to obtain vital records from various entities.
