The role blends program leadership with community engagement to advance culturally responsive prevention across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in public health, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience.
• Experience managing grants, contracts, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience with Latino communities preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide substance use prevention and early intervention initiatives.
• Oversee Sin Ataduras grant deliverables, including timelines and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets, forecast resources, and ensure accountability.
• Represent El Futuro at community events, coalitions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate stakeholder training and engagement activities.
