El Futuro is hiring a Client Support Specialist to provide client-facing administrative and operational support for the Substance Use program (Sin Ataduras) in Durham, NC. The role requires hybrid scheduling with one in-person day at the Durham clinic, and Friday morning meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative or clinic settings preferred.
• Experience with Spanish-speaking communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and partners in the DWI program.
• Coordinate appointments, intakes, and discharges; manage follow-ups.
• Support documentation and ensure audit-ready records.
• Use Zoom, patient portal, and other tools to assist clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy practices.
