Qualifications

• Current Louisiana professional engineering license required.
• Two years of licensed engineering experience or six years of professional engineering experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit, lease, and joint use agreement (JUA) activities and operations.
• Provide technical guidance on planning, design, and permitting within state highway rights-of-way.
• Evaluate policies and procedures and propose revisions and legislative changes.
