Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a Military Funeral Honors (MFH) Program Coordinator to support ARNG Honor Guard ceremonies. You will coordinate requests, verify eligibility, and work with families, VSOs, funeral directors, and military units to ensure dignified ceremonies.

Responsibilities include recording cases in the MFH database, tracking trainings and certifications, and evaluating performances quarterly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong sense of mission, focus, knowledge, and resourcefulness related to MFH.
• Ability to provide dignified verbal and written responses in sensitive situations.

Responsabilités

• Be available 24/7/365 by telephone to receive MFH support requests.
• Coordinate MFH requests, verify eligibility, and assign appropriate honors ceremony providers.
• Record all MFH cases in the MFH database.
• Coordinate with families, VSOs, funeral directors, and units to conduct MFH ceremonies.
• Attend and evaluate at least 5% of Honor Guard performances each quarter and report within 5 business days.
