Qualifications

• Four years of information technology experience OR
• Six years in any field plus two years IT experience OR
• An associate's degree in IT plus two years IT experience OR
• A bachelor's degree plus two years IT experience OR
• A bachelor’s degree with 24 IT/CS/Engineering/Math/Analytics hours plus one year IT experience OR
• A master's degree plus one year IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary/secondary contact for end-user support via ticketing, phone, and email.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and devices; manage LAN equipment and AD objects.
• Provide guidance to users and escalate incidents to higher-level staff as needed.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with teams, vendors, and contractors for issue resolution.
• Develop SOPs, technical procedures, and training materials; transfer knowledge to staff.
• Lead Remote Desktop Support Team liaison roles and support VIP processes as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency planning; perform special analyses and projects.
