Qualifications

• Arizona Criminal Justice Information System (ACJIS) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to service desk requests and analyzes problems to implement effective solutions.
• Documents, coordinates, and resolves trouble calls with IT teams and customers.
• Travel statewide as needed and support on-site/remote events for the agency.
• Install, configure, and repair hardware and software components; maintain records.
