Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to service desk requests and stakeholder needs.
• Analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Coordinate resolution of trouble calls with IT entities and customers.
• Travel statewide to perform duties and support events.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs in the ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and repair hardware and software components.
• Work with agency hardware, software and security teams to ensure standards and documentation.
• Maintain agency-wide yearly educational compliance through ADOT's Learning program.
