Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead statewide procurement, configuration, scheduling, deployment, and close-out of new devices for Admin and Legal staff. The role requires coordinating a diverse team of IT professionals and communicating with executives and end users.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of IT project management experience, proven hardware deployment leadership, and familiarity with SDLC, PMBOK, and Agile.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive IT project management experience.
• Leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
• Experience with SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery, change management.
• Ability to communicate with executives, technical teams, and end users.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; ITIL/PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, configuration, scheduling, deployment and close-out of new devices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across statewide deployments.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain program transparency.
• Report status throughout the project life cycle.
