Qualifications

• Five years of experience in information technology, project management, business analysis or administrative services.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years in IT, PM, business analysis or admin services.
• Associate's degree in IT plus three years in IT, PM, business analysis or admin services.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years in IT, PM, business analysis or admin services.
• Bachelor’s degree with 24 semester hours in IT, CS, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics plus two years in IT/PM/BA.
• Master’s degree plus two years in IT, PM, BA or admin services.

Responsibilities

• Supports critical systems and workflows for ordering, inventorying, and billing of NCS products and services.
• Maintains billing and inventory databases and provisions access for staff.
• Manages production of customer invoices and processes vendor billing media.
• Analyzes complex billing data, identifies discrepancies, and supports cost allocations and reporting.
• Coordinates procurement strategies and contract documentation for statewide telecom products and services.
• Ensures compliance with technical standards and service agreements across contractors.
