Qualifications
- Five years of experience in information technology, project management, business analysis or administrative services.
- Six years of full-time work experience plus three years in IT, PM, business analysis or administrative services.
- Associate's degree in IT plus three years in IT/PM/BA/admin services.
- Bachelor's degree plus three years in IT/PM/BA/administrative services.
- A degree with IT/CS/engineering/math/business analytics plus two years in IT/PM/BA.
- A master's degree plus two years in IT/PM/BA.
- Education/experience substitutions may apply per state policy.
Responsibilities
- Supports systems and workflows for ordering, inventorying, and billing of NCS products and services.
- Maintains billing and inventory databases and analyzes access logs for security.
- Generates customer invoices and monitors vendor billing media for discrepancies.
- Produces system reports and assists with discrepancy resolutions and credit requests.
- Coordinates cost allocation and financial performance reporting for NCS products.
