The Louisiana State Board of Nursing seeks an Information Technology Technical Support Analyst to provide IT support, DBMS maintenance, and system troubleshooting across LSBN's operating environments. Role includes assisting Analysts 2 and 3, with progression from Analyst 1 to 3, and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Three years of experience in information technology; OR six years of full-time work experience in any field plus one year of information technology experience
• An associate’s degree in information technology plus one year of information technology experience
• A bachelor’s degree plus one year of information technology experience
• A bachelor’s degree with twenty-four semester hours in information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics

Responsabilidades

• Executes complex tasks in the design, development, installation, migration, modification, troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of DBMS software
• Provides specialized support for applications staff through management of database environments and establishment of database standards and policies
• Performs a variety of IT support activities including end user, networking, database infrastructure, and applications support
• Performs configuration, troubleshooting using standardized and non-standardized procedures for IT hardware/software
• Facilitates design, development, installation, customization, testing, maintaining, documenting, and troubleshooting of operating systems and vendor-supplied software applications
• Information Technology Technical Support Analyst 1 is entry-level and assists Analyst 2/3; Analyst 2 is experienced; Analyst 3 is highly responsible
