• Enter incident reports into IMS/AHCCCS with accuracy and consistency within the region.
• Research each incident to ensure correct member, vendor and internal details.
• Conduct investigations within timelines, maintain objectivity and confidentiality; avoid conflicts of interest.
• Review incident reports from vendors/service providers and related records.
• Provide technical assistance to vendors and coordinators regarding incidents.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
