Job summary

The State of Arizona's Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), seeks a Network Coordinator to join our team in Lakeside, AZ. The role supports placement planning, service provision, and coordination with QV providers to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Oral and written communication.
• Interpersonal relations as applied to contacts with members and representatives of other governmental and community organizations and the public.
• Researching and applying laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directives, and monitoring and evaluating services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Compose out-of-home placement requests for central office approval.
• Provide technical assistance to qualified vendors related to strategies/progress reporting requirements.
• Assist support coordination with identification of potential QV providers or other resources.
• Advise Network Supervisor of unusual problems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with PCSP team service provision and evaluate service outcomes.
• Develop databases and methods for tracking referrals and census.
