St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Statewide Clinical Director to oversee clinical programs across the state, reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer. You will guide care quality, staffing, and policy adherence while coordinating across sites.

The role requires RN licensure, strong leadership across multiple locations, budgeting oversight, and a commitment to compliant, compassionate hospice care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure in the assigned state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program (Master’s preferred).
• 5 years of leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Ability to lead professional personnel.
• Experience managing multiple complex situations and prioritizing.
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all direct and indirect patient services across the state.
• Assist Chief Clinical Officer in budgeting and planning for sites and the state.
• Evaluate RDCO performance and staff recruitment as needed.
• Provide guidance for continuous improvement in hospice care.
• Direct RDCOs in managing clinical teams and site planning.
• Review market data to forecast growth and census outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with quality measurement outcomes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clinical records and respond to requests across the state.
