Job summary

St. Croix Hospice seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to coordinate, manage and direct patient care within the hospice program. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to assign staff, review cases, and guide clinicians toward high-quality, compliant care in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities include case review, conference participation, and ongoing staff orientation while ensuring records meet regulatory standards. A strong background in hospice/homecare and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in hospice/homecare and supervision preferred.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if driving.

Responsibilities

• Receives case referrals and assigns hospice personnel to cases.
• Reviews cases via home visits and records to plan care.
• Confer with Medical Director on eligibility for services.
• Attends case conferences and guides clinicians to improve care.
• Maintains clinical records per laws and organizational policy.
• Participates in on-call duties and quality improvement activities.
