Job summary

Portland State University, Oregon’s public research university, seeks a Director of State Home Visiting System Transformation to lead state-level design and implementation of a coordinated home visiting system. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience in leading collaborative group-based processes using systems change and equity-focused inquiry strategies.
• Experience and/or knowledge of early childhood and/or home visiting programs and services across programs and state agencies.
• Ability to work across multiple program areas and manage complex, multi-year projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead state-level work to develop and implement a coordinated home visiting system.
• Collaborate with state agencies, Tribal partners, and other stakeholders to enact changes.
• Develop and implement group-based problem solving strategies to build consensus across partners.
• Align work with Oregon’s Early Childhood Strategic Plan and Raise Up Oregon 2.0.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-pronged project within CCOHVS to drive system goals.
