Job summary

UCo Health in Umatilla County is seeking a nurse leader to oversee daily operations of home visiting and maternal-child health initiatives. This role focuses on staff supervision, strategic growth, and applying reflective practice to support programs and staff development.

You will ensure client-centered, strengths-based care, uphold confidentiality, and collaborate with diverse community groups to improve outcomes across services.

Qualifications

• Hold a current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an approved school of nursing.
• 2 years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to accept and utilize supervision and lead by example.
• Ability to work with people of all socioeconomic and culture groups.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Current valid Oregon driver's license.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and strategic growth of all UCo Health home visiting and maternal-child health initiatives in Umatilla County.
• Use supervision, reflective practice, and staff development to provide primary support and appropriate oversight to the home visiting nurse programs.
• Ensure a strengths-based, client-centered care across services.
