Job summary

The Department of Children and Family Services seeks an organized Statewide Coaching Analyst & Coordinator to lead the GROWTH Consulting Program. This role provides supervision, expert consultation, and strategic oversight to child welfare leaders and teams.

Ideal candidates will have a master’s in a related field and at least four years of progressive administrative experience, with strong leadership and communication capabilities. Hybrid in-office schedule in Chicago as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related human services field.
• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a human services field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Statewide GROWTH Consultation Program Manager.
• Provides supervision and oversight to the program and partners with child welfare leaders.
• Monitors fidelity to program frameworks and prepares summaries for senior leadership.
• Represents the department in meetings and task forces regarding the GROWTH Program.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of the role.
