Empire State Development, LLC is seeking a Deployment Manager to coordinate and manage contractor resources for the Excelsior Broadband Network across New York. You will act as the primary logistical coordinator, directing contractor activity and access to regeneration facilities.

The role requires coordinating with state agencies, ensuring compliance with access policies, maintaining timelines, and resolving field challenges on a high-visibility infrastructure project.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years outside plant fiber installation and vendor coordination experience.
• Willingness to travel across NY state and possess a valid driver's license.

• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors to meet fiber deployment timelines.
• Facilitate access for installation personnel to collocation facilities along NYS Thruway.
• Coordinate with collocation providers and NYS Thruway Authority for access credentials and safety briefings.
• Plan fiber installation schedules across regeneration locations to minimize delays.
• Ensure security and environmental controls at collocation facilities are maintained.
• Track site visits, vendor access times, and field changes in project system.
