Job summary

The Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) – Office of Federal Programs is recruiting for Coordinated Federal Programs Manager. This role leads federal grants oversight and implements a streamlined service model for LEAs, coordinating across programs to support grant cycles and professional learning.

Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills are essential. Occasional statewide travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field and two years in a managerial or supervisory role, or six years of related experience with two years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in education, administration, public administration, or related administrative field and four years of program management experience in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing management and oversight of multiple federal grants within the coordinated service and support model.
• Leading a team to implement a streamlined service and support model across programs.
• Supervising staff to optimize human, financial, and technical resources.
• Collaborating to ensure consistency and alignment across grant cycle components (plans, budgets, monitoring, etc.).
• Developing and delivering professional learning programs for LEAs.
• Designing resources and guidance documents to support LEAs with federal grant topics.
