Job Description: Job Summary Under limited supervision, manages the English Language Arts (ELA) program which includes the supervision of ELA staff. Duties and responsibilities include providing leadership and coordination in the development and implementation of the statewide standards in English Language Arts. The English Language Arts Program Manager will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with state law, and State Board Rules for ELA, and the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) vision, mission, and goals via the Strategic Plan.
NOTE: Extensive, in-person statewide travel required.
