Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated higher education administrator to advance ARTSYS collaborations with Maryland community colleges and state offices. The role emphasizes transfer enrollment, articulation, and ADA-compliant communications across multiple campuses and events.

You will coordinate meetings, trainings, and conferences such as MTPC, work with IT to maintain event websites, and ensure donor-aligned scholarship processes while supporting enrollment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years in university/college admin or academic advising.
• Experience with transfer enrollment and articulation.
• Knowledge of Maryland transfer policies and articulation practices.
• Ability to analyze barriers to student success and propose practical solutions.
• Understanding of FERPA, HIPAA and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the ARTSYS Product and Project Manager with system implementation and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate outreach with Maryland community college partners on ARTSYS transfer guides.
• Plan and facilitate meetings with community college partners to clarify system functionality and training needs.
• Promote ARTSYS via transfer fairs, meetings, workshops, and other venues.
• Lead and coordinate MTPC planning and execution with stakeholders statewide.
• Collaborate with USM IT to develop registration and information websites for events.
