Job summary

The University System of Maryland is seeking an Assistant Director to advance articulation and enrollment services. The role partners with Maryland community colleges and four‑year institutions to develop transfer fairs and statewide professional development, and to coordinate USM affinity groups.

Responsibilities include MTPC planning, ARTSYS outreach, ADA compliance, and cross‑institution collaboration. Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience with statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of university/college administrative or academic experience in admissions/records/registration or advising.
• Experience with transfer enrollment and articulation.

Responsibilities

• Supports ARTSYS platform implementation and coordinator calls.
• Plans and coordinates transfer fairs and statewide events.
• Leads registration websites and event logistics with USM IT.
• Participates in scholarship administration and donor-aligned processes.
• Represents USM on statewide committees and alliance groups.
• Ensures ADA compliance across documents and records.
