Job summary

Office of State Human Resources seeks a Human Services Program Consultant II (S) to provide statewide administration, implementation support, monitoring, and quality assurance for the Enhanced Emergency Care program. The consultant collaborates with EEC providers, county departments, and partners to ensure consistent service delivery and timely transitions for children and youth.

The position focuses on provider onboarding, guidance on contract requirements, and reporting to support program

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus three years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree plus five years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Experience coordinating statewide administration and program implementation.
• Ability to monitor performance, ensure quality, and support leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as statewide administrator for contracted EEC services.
• Provide implementation support, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with providers, county DSS, and partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist with placement planning and provide backup coverage during high-demand periods.
