Job summary

State of North Dakota's Department of Public Instruction, Office of Educational Opportunity & Support, seeks an Educational Opportunity and Support Manager to oversee Title IV-B implementation statewide. This role ensures high-quality out-of-school time programming and compliance across districts while collaborating with schools, partners, and state initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree and proven leadership, analytical, and program management skills, with experience guiding

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with professional-level experience in education.
Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and program management skills.
Experience with statewide or federal education programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee administration of Title IV, Part B programs and compliance.
Lead development and execution of program strategies with stakeholders.
Strengthen program quality, student engagement, and family involvement.
Collaborate with a state evaluator to analyze performance and reporting.
Interpret federal Title IV, Part B regulations and policies.
Provide guidance to school and district leaders on best practices and fiscal management.
Monitor activities and fund use through on-site and desk reviews.
Enter data into federal and state databases and report outcomes.
