State of Washington seeks a DEI Development Manager to lead statewide learning programs, ensuring accessible, high‑quality training for a diverse public workforce. You will collaborate with program owners to keep content current and impactful, and you will advance inclusive facilitation practices across DES.

Collaboration with agencies, designing scalable curricula, and applying adult learning principles are central to this role, with travel statewide as needed to support implementation.
