Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Deaf Education or related field
- Delaware School Principal/Assistant Principal Certificate or eligible
- Teacher of Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing certificate
- Administrative experience preferred; 5+ years teaching
- Knowledge of Deaf/HOH language and needs
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional leadership for statewide programs for Deaf and hard of hearing students
- Coordinate coaching, consultation, and technical assistance to districts and schools
- Develop and communicate statewide supports for high-quality IEP programming
- Plan professional learning for statewide staff and educators
- Coordinate statewide referrals and partner with Birth to Three and districts
