Prudent Engineering is seeking Construction Inspectors for varied statewide NY projects. The candidate will review blueprints, monitor construction progress, and inspect interior and exterior work for compliance with documents and safety standards.

The ideal applicant has 3+ years of inspection experience on large-scale commercial buildings, an Associate degree in Construction Management, and a valid NY driver’s license. Great benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience inspecting large-scale commercial buildings.
• Associates Degree in Construction Management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NY driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and facilitate all construction activities and correspondence related to the Client.
• Provide daily onsite field representation to monitor construction contractor’s performance and inspect the work in accordance with specifications and drawings.
• Monitor milestones, phasing, submittals, workflow, tests and schedule.
• Monitor project cleanliness and safety compliance, reporting any non-compliance.
• Provide daily electronic reports of work activities witnessed on site.
• Capture pre-construction, daily construction, and post-construction photos.
• Review shop drawings and as-built drawings for contract compliance.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports when operations do not meet contract requirements.
