Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks construction inspectors for municipal and state transportation projects in Vermont.

You will review plans, document activities, perform quantity calculations, and inspect work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specs, including field and office engineering. GPI is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with over 50 years of experience in transportation infrastructure and building systems across the U.S.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in Civil Engineering desirable or 3 years of transportation construction inspection experience.
• Certifications in ACI, NICET, NETTCP, and Traffic Control are a plus.
• Experience on VTRANS or Other Federal, State, and County projects is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review of plans, documentation of work activities as well as quantity calculations
• Inspection of work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications, including field inspection and office engineering
