Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen Inc (GPI) seeks construction inspectors for municipal and state transportation projects around Vermont. You will review plans, document activities and quantities, and inspect work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specs, with duties spanning field inspection and office engineering.

Successful candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and write plans in English.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in Civil Engineering or 3 years of inspection experience.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to read and interpret plans in English.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, document work activities and quantity calculations.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance with plans and specs; includes field inspection and office engineering.
