Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks construction inspectors for municipal and state transportation projects in Vermont. You will review plans, document work activities, perform quantity calculations, and inspect work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specs.

Both field and office engineering will be involved. GPI is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with over 50 years of experience delivering transportation infrastructure and building system projects across the United States.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in Civil Engineering desirable or 3 years of transportation construction inspection experience
• Certifications in ACI, NICET, NETTCP, and Traffic Control are a plus
• Experience on VTRANS or Other Federal, State, and County projects is helpful, but not required for these exciting construction inspection opportunities

Responsibilities

• Review of plans, documentation of work activities as well as quantity calculations
• Inspection of work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications, including field inspection and office engineering
