Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks construction inspectors for municipal and state transportation projects across Vermont. You will review plans, document work activities and quantities, and inspect construction to ensure conformance with plans and specs, including field and office engineering support.

Qualifications

• BS or AS in Civil Engineering desirable or 3 years of transportation construction inspection experience.
• Certifications in ACI, NICET, NETTCP, and Traffic Control are a plus.
• Experience on VTRANS or Other Federal, State, and County projects is helpful, but not required for these exciting construction inspection opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review of plans, documentation of work activities as well as quantity calculations.
• Inspection of work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications, including field inspection and office engineering.
