Job summary

County of Northumberland in Pennsylvania seeks a professional to manage statewide child support cases using the PACSES system. You will engage with clients, attorneys, and agencies, and participate in court proceedings when needed. The role requires initiative, data review, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Two weeks of training in Harrisburg is mandatory. You will work closely with Domestic Relations staff and maintain daily case logs while applying enforcement remedies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to resolve difficult case situations and interpret regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform statewide computer requirements and training on PACSES system.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys and agencies.
• Attend workshops related to case management.
• Attend court-related matters when necessary.
• Collaborate with Domestic Relations staff and court personnel.
• Review documentation and take appropriate action for case management.
• Apply Privacy Act and Federal, State and Local regulations.
