Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking a friendly host/hostess to warmly greet guests and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.

You will answer phone calls, take reservations, and ensure tables are reset for the next guests, maintaining a positive attitude with guests and colleagues.

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner
