Job summary

Dream Nashville seeks a Stateside Greeter to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and assist with reservations. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, creating a great first impression, and ensuring smooth transitions between guests throughout service in our Nashville venue.

As a part-time, on-site position, you will interact with guests and team members to maintain a positive atmosphere, handle calls, and perform seating and table resets as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

Responsibilities

• Provide a great first impression when guests arrive and a lasting impression as you invite departing guests back for another visit
• Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude at all times towards guests and fellow team members
• Ensure you are seating the most desirable tables at all times
• Anticipate guest transition and the timing of table turns
• Answering the phone for general customer service and taking reservations
• Seating guests
• Cleaning and resetting dirty tables
• All other tasks and duties as assigned
