Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) licensed in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Nursing Home Facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and mobility assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well‑being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident.
