Job summary

Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cleveland, OH is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). The role covers Day Shift (6a-6:30p) at $21.50/hour or Part Time Night Shift (6:30p-6am) at $21.50/hour.

You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and maintain patient records in a supportive team setting. Requirements include Ohio STNA certification, high school diploma, and the ability to lift and mobilize patients.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified STNA in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and mobilize patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance under supervision of licensed nurse staff.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming patients as needed.
• Help patients with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, getting in and out of bed, and walking.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and reporting hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided.
