Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for day shift duties in Cleveland, OH. The role offers part-time or full-time shifts, with a focus on preserving residents’ dignity and comfort while delivering high-quality care.

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.

• - Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• - Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.

Compensation and Schedule
