Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). This full-time role supports residents' daily living needs under RN/LPN supervision while upholding dignity and high quality care in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate holds Ohio STNA certification, demonstrates strong communication and teamwork, and is reliable and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

Current, valid Ohio STNA certification required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality resident care.
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents throughout the shift.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Long‑term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow residents' individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
Provide hands-on resident care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting).
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding.
Monitor intake/output and report changes in condition.
Document care, interventions, and events in the resident record.
Maintain infection control and safety standards.
Collaborate with nursing staff and assist with other duties as assigned.
