Brookwood Care Community in Blue Ash, OH, is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care within a respectful, empowering environment.

You will also supervise STNAs, participate in ongoing staff development, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while maintaining equipment and supplies in good condition.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant license in the state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a professional attitude.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, laws and guidelines for nursing facilities.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities; ability to supervise other staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and mobility.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development, in-service training and orientation.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
