Aventura at West Park in Cincinnati, OH is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for day shifts on a full-time/part-time/PRN basis. Join a supportive team providing compassionate care, with opportunities for growth and a strong leadership structure. Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Serve meals and assist with eating and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered care.
• Follow all facility policies and infection control practices.
